kpd senior2, Nubie mau tanya nih.

kalo kita mau hardreset nokia E71 , aplikasi bawaan E71 seperti scanner card, game solitaire, game balap2an itu, dll bakal ilang gak yah ?

kalau seandainya hilang, apa nokia menyediakannya download software2 itu ?
