Minta bantuan teman2, BB8707 gw aneh, pertama kali booting muncul pesan: "JVM Error 518, Reset"
dgn latar belakang layar putih doang..terus bengong gitu aja.., lalu sy coba Jl Commander dgn
men"wipe" juga "Resettofactory", jadinya muncul pesan dilayar seperti foto dibawah ini:

Coba Hard Reset, kalau masih engga bisa coba reinstall OS nya

Instal ulang OSnya...
jangan khawatir...
masih bisa hidup dengan normal kok...
Cuma pastikan :
1. File installer OS versi yang benar2 stabil, dan benar untuk type yang kita cari...
Belajar dari pengalaman, biasanya kasus 8707 pengen di upgrade ke OS 4.5.xx ya?? nggak ada bro... 8707 mentok di 4.2.xx
gw pernah kejadian, dapet file di indowebster, katanya OS 4.5 utk 8707.. what a crap... di boongin sama yg upload... itu untuk 8700
tapi bisa di balikkin lagi ke 4.2 dengan selamat

2. peralatan install pastiin bener2 baik... seperti kabel data.. port usb.. dan pc/laptop jgn sampe mati kalo gak pengen gagal lagi...
kalo gagal ya tinggal ulang dari pertama sih... tapi ntar nggak selesai2...

3. sabar... dan jangan pernah nyerah...

Kalo bingung, boleh tanya2 gw via YM, ramzi_aci..

kyaknya itu pilihan terakhir.....
ngumpulin dulu deh software2 yg diperlukan.. masi awam banget ama yg satu ini....

Oh yah satu lagi masalah, kenapa yah setiap kali mau install app ke BB8310 via Desktop Manager selalu ditolak dgn alasan "This app not support this device", padahal gw donlot itu app udah bener buat bb8310. Seperti app Yahoo Messenger! gak mau tuh diinstal di bb8310nya.
Ada yg bisa bantu, atau kalo bole minta dong mentahnya,biar gw coba lagi, kali2 gw salah donlot....thx

Akhirnya...berhasil juga install ulang OS 8707nya....
but muncul lagi masalah..kenapa yah setiap panggilan/sms yg masuk gak muncul namanya, cuman no.hp doang? padahal nomor2 panggilan tsb udah saya masukan di contact.
kira2 perlu disetting apanya yah supaya namanya bisa muncul,bukan no hpnya..
mohon dibantu lagi teman2....thx
